Ali Lari.

Auditro.

I’m building software to help UAE finance and procurement teams understand their In-Country Value score and the decisions behind it.

The problem.

In-Country Value, usually shortened to ICV, connects a company’s local economic contribution with procurement and tender decisions in the UAE. The work draws on supplier certificates, purchasing, payroll, financial statements, and records across different legal entities.

A certificate is a snapshot. The decisions that affect the next one happen throughout the year. That’s the part I’m interested in helping teams manage.

What I’m building.

Auditro brings together supplier certificate management, score forecasting, scenario modelling, and the evidence behind a calculation. The aim is to help a team see what could change, understand the cost and score implications, and trace the result back to its records.

My work covers the product, the calculation and evidence workflows, and conversations with finance and procurement teams. I’m developing it around real operating questions, including how groups manage several entities, certificates, and financial years.

The software supports preparation and decisions. Certification and attestation stay with the relevant certifying bodies.

Where it is now.

Auditro is in development and customer discovery. I’m working on the product and looking for teams with whom to test the workflow. I don’t yet have published customer results or measured score improvements to point to.

Project status updated 18 October 2026.
